In the past, we faced repeated fake Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. To reduce this, a 10% advance payment is required to confirm all orders (B2B & B2C).
This step has been taken out of necessity to ensure smooth processing and timely delivery for genuine customers.

Refund Assurance:
In case of order cancellation or refund, the full amount paid, including the 10% advance, will be refunded as per our refund policy.
